If you submit a request during core hours (Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:30), your request will be reviewed the same day and actioned based on the information you provide. This may include booking an appointment, offering advice, signposting to another service, or requesting further details. Requests submitted after 18:30 will be reviewed the following day.  Requests submitted at the weekend or bank holiday will be reviewed the next working day.
