What Information will you Contact me with?
Newsletters, general information about the practice and short questionnaires. If you are eligible for certain vaccinations (eg flu or shingles) or if you have a condition which means we offer you a review appointment with one of our clinicians (eg asthma) or if you have had a recent test and the GP would like you to repeat it or organise an appointment to see you, we may contact via email to organise this or to make you aware you can book an appointment.
How often will you contact me?
For general information about twice a year. To offer or arrange appointments this would be as and when necessary.
Who else will be able to access my contact details?
Your contact details will be kept safely and securely and will only be used for this purpose and will not be shared with anyone else.
Do I have to leave my contact details?
No, but if you change your mind, please let us know.
What if I no longer wish to be on the contact list or I leave the surgery?
Simply complete our Comments & Suggestions form leaving a message that you no longer wish to be included on the list.
